Introduction
Client Centred Care Limited , a Leading Specialist Domiciliary Care Agency
Client Centred Care is a unique domiciliary agency, aiming at
providing specialised, individually tailored services and high
quality of life for people with mental health, learning
difficulties and challenging behaviour. We provide a very high
standard, specialised care for those whom due to different
reasons, (clinical and non clinical), have been found difficult
to manage.
No matter how many hours of care is required, each care package
focuses on the comprehensive assessment of the service user and
the environment and activities the service user uses. This is
guided by care plans and guidelines. The senior support workers
are selected, deployed and inducted specifically for the service
user, forming a small team, providing consistent care, guided
and supported daily by experienced clinical nurse. There is a
monthly progress review, team meetings and staff supervision.
The clinical nurse attends all the meetings.
The agency works very closely with other professionals and has
created a comprehensive set of documents which are shared with
other disciplines too.
We will continue our services in domiciliary care,
however, we like to expand our unique services and
approach to the community aiming at enhancing the
family ties, enabling, supporting and caring for the
individual service users.

Busy pace of life,
long distance and shortage of time has made the
individuals a bit short in the love and the care
of the family. We will help you to have more
contacts or do more for each other without
interrupting your busy schedule. We help you to
treat yourself and do something that you really
want, it could be a concert, visiting an old
friend, having Sunday roast round your children
or better still help you in having family and
friends around without having had to do all the
physical work, just enjoy your family.
Unfortunately, there are
many individuals whose partners now live in
residential or nursing homes and with all good
intentions and planning, the shortage of staff
and staff sickness usually disrupt any set
plans. Wouldn't be nice for someone supporting
you in going and picking up your partner and
take you both out for a meal or anywhere you
like, somewhere you had a good memory from?
As for the Managers of the
Residential/Nursing homes, wouldn't it be nice
for these meetings to be facilitated without
causing you any worries? Why not informing and
encouraging your service users to treat self or
their partner with our service. They both can
have time together and see their children and
grandchildren and come back home safely. Our
staff are CRB checked and have been in care for
noticeable time.
Our staff can pick you up
(attend to whatever you require) and accompany
you through your journey/visit and return you
back home safely (attending to checking for
safety and security of the
house/supper/medications and getting in bed and
leaving home safe).
