From 2014 to 2017, he worked as General Manager at PetroChina International (Brazil) Trading Ltd, where he set up new office in Rio and in charge of the operations of Crude oil, Petroleum products and other products. He was responsible for downstream oil investments and operations.

    YANG Fan, Bachelor of Science in Physics & Bachelor of Economics, CCER at Peking University; Master of Economics at The University of Hong Kong. In 2013, Ms. Yang joined CITIC Securities. She deeply participated in strategic research projects, such as the listing of CITIC Group and the launch of E-Capital Transfer Company. From 2018, Ms. Yang began to lead the policy research team as the Chief Policy Analyst of CITIC Securities.

    Director of Gas Research Programme & Director of China Energy Programme, The Oxford Institute for Energy Studies

    Dr Michal Meidan is Director of the Gas Research Programme, taking over from James Henderson in September 2021 and Director of the China Energy Programme at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies. Before joining OIES in July 2019, she headed cross-commodity China research at Energy Aspects.
