Corinna Fletcher

     Organisational Development Director of Group Lotus

     Corinna Fletcher, MBA, BSc (Hons), is the Organisational Development director for Lotus cars, she has been with the company  for three                 years. 

Her focus is on developing people solutions to support the business strategy during a time of significant transformation. Since Geely invested in Lotus in 2017 Lotus have launched 3 new vehicles, the Evija, the Emira and the new Eletre and made a commitment to an electric future.  Prior to lotus Corinna ran a small consultancy supporting strategic planning for several FTSE organisations and her earlier career was in the pharmaceutical industry with Astrazeneca and GSK working in the UK and the US.
