Message from The Rt Hon the Lord of Mayor of the City of London Alderman William Russell

Congratulations to the China Chamber of Commerce in the UK (CCCUK) for holding the online "The 3rd China-UK Economic and Trade Forum" this year.

The CCCUK has been holding “China-UK Economic and Trade Forum” since 2018. This being an iconic event, political and business leaders have been invited to explore the frontiers and new models of cooperation between China and the UK. This has thus, actively promoted China-UK relations through in-depth discussions on focused areas in economic and trading fields. 

As the 692nd Lord Mayor of the City of London, I am much delighted by having more Chinese enterprises headquartered in the City of London. And many of them play very important roles in the City community. I encourage all the Chinese companies to seize this opportunity to showcase the success in their businesses in the UK, China and beyond. I wish you all a fruitful and fulfilling event.

自2018年以来，英国中国商会成功举办标志性品牌活动 “中英经贸论坛”。中英两国政商届精英汇聚一堂，深入探讨中英经贸领域的热点话题，并探索中英合作新领域和新模式，积极推动了中英关系。

作为伦敦金融城第692任市长，我非常高兴的看到有越来越多的中资企业走进伦敦金融城。同英国中国商会一样，这些中资企业在金融城中发挥着非常重要的作用。我们期待聆听中英企业其在商业及社会领域的成功故事和独特见解。最后预祝活动圆满成功！
