Mr Li Cao was appointed as Managing Director of China Telecom (Europe) Limited in January 2013, tasked with the responsibility of driving the growth of China Telecom’s business operations in Europe and reinforcing the position of China Telecom Europe as the leading integrated communication service provider between Europe and Asia. Cao brings into this prominent role close to 20 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in the Telecom industry on both fixed and mobile market segments and he has been engaged in a variety of different roles including marketing, sales, product development, operation, maintenance, and service management.
