Client Centred Care Limited is a specialised Domiciliary Agency with over 18 years experience in learning difficulties, challenging behaviour and mental health. We aim at providing a competent and dedicated team of staff to facilitate flexible and yet consistent care for people with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour and mental health requirements. We focus on delivering a high standard holistic care package, through small team of caring experienced  staff , promoting choice, respect and individuality in every step of their care.

 We all are dependent on each other, for security, love, care, food, money, guidance and the list is not conclusive! Our needs change with our age, experience, environment, finance, and wellbeing, (physical, psychological, social, spiritual, education and mental)

We do not slot the service users in our boxes, what we do is creating the service that they want and require. We don't choose our staff just because they have all the qualifications for the care industry, We choose those who apply their acquired knowledge and skills because that is the best way forward for the care. Those who share our values and are willing to learn. Those are willing to deliver the services within our ethos and philosophy.

Our Services consists of:

• The focus of the service is the service user not by name but throughout by action

• Free assessment of needs ( we hear from the service user and carers, have social/clinical background from the service user or the relevant professionals)

• Minimum length of service will be 3 hrs unless assessed otherwise

• Risk Assessment, Care Planning and regular Progress Review Meeting

• High standard of documentation, relevant monitoring forms and daily reports

• Focus on the service user and nurturing full involvement, choice and flexibility

• Skill Teaching and working toward more community integration and interdependency

• 24 hours support for the service user/staff by Clinical Nurse experienced in working with people with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour and mental health requirements living either at Home OR sharing rented accommodation

Staff: 

We provide domiciliary support workers to the individual service user’s homes. All staff go through stringent selection process, including their value base, attitude, ability and willingness to learn, obtaining 2 references, qualification, enhanced CRB check. The staff are supported and inducted for their individual assignments by the Clinical Nurse after the initial assessment of the needs.
