Introduction to Client Centred Care (CCC):

CCC is a small family run Care Agency with a very good understanding of people  with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour and mental health requirements. We practice what we preach!

The agency is run and supported by an experienced clinical nurse with more than 18 years experience in the above areas.

The ethos and the philosophy of our agency is on the basis of our genuine respect for the individuals. We believe that everybody is entitled to have a good quality holistic care. We treat the individuals as we would like to be treated. We choose the staff who can fit in to our value base and can share the same aim and aspirations for the service users.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission  and endeavour to adhere to all the government guidelines and legislation.

Introduction to Domiciliary Care:

What makes our Domiciliary Agency different from others is the followings:

• The fact that we do not do the 15 mins, 30 mins ... , the duration of our visit is based on how long is actually needed to deliver a meaningful and respectful  service built on understanding  and the trust required. We give time for people to do their routine with a pace they are comfortable and safe with.

• CCC staff  will never leave any service users  unattended and alone, if they are not safe and happy. For CCC staff, the job is done when the service user's requirement has been attended to in an acceptable, respectful and safe manner and the service user is safe and happy to be left on his/her own.

• The rota is done on monthly basis, so both the staff and the service users know where they are standing and can plan their life accordingly.

• We believe that staff are our  main asset, so we endeavour to recruit those with the right value and attitude to care, then we train them further to enable them to meet the individuals' needs  to a very good standard.  The staff always work within a small team  and work closely with the management.

   

• CCC staff deliver the service in  a holistic manner; they respect individuality, human rights, privacy, dignity and offer choice, support as and when required. 

•  We carry out free assessment of all our referrals prior to offering our proposal and recommendation for their care. In order for the service user to benefit from a very high standard holistic care, we do not compromise the time and the attention that the service user may require.
